Today I found out that Randy Sophia is getting married. This was not fathomable, so he must have changed significantly since I last knew him.

I admit I'm not really familiar with this new Randy, one that found God. The Randy I knew was pretty crazy and ambitious. I'm sure many would agree that back then he was one whom had no challenge not considered, and no dare not entertained. So where does one begin with the stories when they are so numerous both good and bad?

There were a bunch of fun stories just being on the subway with him, especially one night involving a deranged subway rat, bad Mentos mints, a C++ co-founder, and a mugger whom had trouble guessing numbers.

Sadly, I haven't spoken to Randy in many years after a fallout, but I've long past being bothered about it. Friendships come and go, but time still ticks by. As many of us get married and go on with our lives, I wish Randy and Crystal the best.
